Rachel Siegrist
Licensed Registered Nurse, Certified Medical Electrologist / Laser Technician, Co-Founder/CEO
Rachel brings a wealth of compassionate care with years of early nursing experience in Pediatrics and Rehabilitation, and later transitioning to her true passion, Aesthetic Medicine. She brought her talents to well-known MedSpas in Southern California and today she has the opportunity to provide the same passionate care in her own MedSpa, Lavish Laser MedSpa.
Rachel loves to help others feel confident in their own skin by embracing each patient’s unique features and providing the best rejuvenating treatments available in the beauty industry. She has a natural approach to Aesthetics and wants patients to leave feeling like the best version of themselves.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and grandkids. She also enjoys Pilates and running.
Angelica Sandoval
Medical Esthetician, Co-Founder/CEO
Angelica dedicates her time to being a Lavish body and skin consultant. She sees her customers as a beauty and wellness project where results are her main purpose. She takes care of the patient’s whole process while they are on their Lavish beauty journey. Angelica is supportive and creative when building different protocols according to each person’s needs and beauty goals. She truly believes each person has their own journey that can be customized to get the best results and long-term benefits according to their goals. When approaching beauty, skin, and body contouring, Angelica takes into consideration many aspects such as nutrition, hydration, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
She makes customers feel at home and greets them when they come for their treatments. Out of the office, Angelica loves to spend time with her family at the beach and working out.
Tami Rollins, NP
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Aesthetic Injector
My name is Tami Rollins and I am a certified registered nurse anesthetist. I’ve been with Lavish Laser since February of 2021 and consider it my home away from home! I am an aesthetic injector, specializing in Botox, fillers, threads, and orofacial pain treatments (migraines, TMJ, etc.). I love working at Lavish because of the beautiful and calm environment and the amazing staff. To be able to help people feel good about themselves is one of the greatest gifts and I love enhancing the natural beauty of a person! In my free time I love to travel, scuba dive, hike, go to live music/festivals, and bake vegan treats.
Silvia Godoy, NP
Silvia’s commitment to our patients is to achieve youthful healthy skin that celebrates the natural and enhances the positive. Her attention to detail, expertise and precision leave our patients looking natural and refreshed through subtle change. Silvia’s treatments are focused on creating a customized, noninvasive approach, completely unique to each client.
In her free time, Silvia enjoys conversations over a glass of wine with her husband and going for long walks.

Before & During Treatment
When you arrive early for your Lavish experience, enjoy our proprietary pre-procedure protocol including a refreshment to relax your mind, body, and soul. Until the time of your service, get comfortable and relax outside in our Lavish gardens surrounded by the lush foliage Coconut Grove is famous for.
During your treatment, your provider will gently guide you along, explaining the processes, expected results, post-treatment care, and next steps of your journey.
What to Expect
After Treatment
Your service doesn’t end with the completion of your procedure, as your at-home care is just as important as the time spent in the spa. Therefore, you’ll be empowered and informed with a personalized ongoing at-home skincare routine with medical grade skincare products.
Our team has curated a line of products from ZO Skin Health, developed specifically for clients like you who want to maintain and get the most from your procedure.
In addition to your in-spa experience and at-home care support, once you become a part of the Lavish family, you’ll be invited to exclusive events by Lavish including our semi-annual sunset cruise, sip and see events with wine tasting, exclusive product reveals, and other invite-only exclusive Lavish events.
